When you join the waitlist or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Information you share when joining the waitlist, such as what you trade
• Payment information processed via UPI (India) or PayPal (international), collected once a session is arranged. We do not store card or bank details
• Session notes and correspondence, with your knowledge

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Schedule and conduct coaching sessions
• Send session notes and follow-up communications
• Respond to your enquiries
• Improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Session Confidentiality

Everything shared during a TradeRoot session is treated as confidential. We do not share session content with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

4. Data Storage

Session notes and communications are stored securely. Waitlist data is collected via Tally (tally.so). Payment is arranged personally by email once a session is confirmed: UPI for India, PayPal for international clients. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us
